Ellipsometric Ψ, Δ fit: native oxide on silicon
Pico In-situ
Optical modeling in your browser, for thin films, coatings, nanoparticles and solar cells. Simulate and fit ellipsometric Ψ, Δ, as well as reflectance, transmittance and absorptance, for planar multilayer stacks, Mie scattering by particles, and cuvette absorbance of solutions and colloids.
Model solar cells from their optics: J–V and EQE, tandem current matching, band-gap maps, loss analysis and PV yield over the day and the year. Build dispersions with Drude, Lorentz, Tauc–Lorentz, Cody–Lorentz, Sellmeier and more; all backed by a curated literature library of materials. The solver and all the code are written in-house.
